{"id":147007,"date":"2026-04-17T17:43:12","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T17:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aib.media\/?p=147007"},"modified":"2026-04-17T17:43:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T17:43:12","slug":"food-revolution-edwige-kabore-sacree-laureate-de-la-premiere-edition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aib.media\/?p=147007","title":{"rendered":"Food R\u00e9volution : Edwige Kabor\u00e9 sacr\u00e9e laur\u00e9ate de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Food R\u00e9volution : Edwige Kabor\u00e9 sacr\u00e9e laur\u00e9ate de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ouagadougou, 17 avr. 2026 (AIB)-Edwige Kabor\u00e9 a remport\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0 Ouagadougou, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de Food r\u00e9volution, une initiative marquant la cl\u00f4ture d&rsquo;une session de formation d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la transformation des produits alimentaires locaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le point d\u2019orgue de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 le sacr\u00e9 d&rsquo;Edwige Kabor\u00e9, une nutritionniste de formation qui s\u2019est distingu\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un projet innovant de go\u00fbters sains, \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res locales et adapt\u00e9s aux besoins nutritionnels des enfants du pr\u00e9scolaire et du primaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec une moyenne remarquable de 19\/20, elle remporte un ch\u00e8que de 500 000 FCFA destin\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement de son initiative.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Port\u00e9e par la promotrice Farrel Onelia Baki, Food R\u00e9volution se positionne comme un r\u00e9seau dynamique r\u00e9unissant des acteurs de l\u2019agroalimentaire et des entrepreneurs engag\u00e9s. L\u2019initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la vision du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, le capitaine Ibrahim Traor\u00e9, en faveur de la promotion de la consommation locale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La formation a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019appui de Candide To\u00e9, qui a apport\u00e9 son expertise en marketing, notamment sur la valorisation et la commercialisation des produits locaux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prenant la parole, la promotrice a indiqu\u00e9 que<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab c&rsquo;est dans la vision du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat que nous avons pris l\u2019initiative de faire cette formation, car c\u2019est \u00e0 nous d\u2019abord de faire notre propre promotion. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 parrain\u00e9 par le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Conseil burkinab\u00e8 des fili\u00e8res agro-pastorales et halieutique Ou\u00e9himie Cl\u00e9ment Attiou.
